DOMESTIC REFUNDS
- Refunds can be offered on faulty items.
- We will replace, repair or refund due to a manufacturing fault but not normal ‘wear and tear’. Please follow the care instructions on your Bilum & Bilas piece to prolong its life.
- The piece must be in original condition, unworn and with all original tags attached.
- The original invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
- The piece must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
DOMESTIC EXCHANGE & CREDIT NOTES
- We are a small business and greatly care that you love your Bilum & Bilas piece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please email us at info@bilumandbilas.com and allow us to find a solution for you!
- Exchange and credit notes may only be offered at the discretion of Bilum & Bilas, please email us at info@bilumandbilas.com
- All items to be exchanged need to be returned within 14 days of receiving your goods.

INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS

- Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
